Legislation - The ABTC

As the sector representative for the United Kingdom the ABTC will lobby all UK Governments to incorporate activities that are associated with the training and administration of behaviour therapy with regard to animals into any future amendments to, or introduction of new, animal welfare legislation.

The Council will monitor research, practitioners and social attitudes towards animal welfare and ensure that policy makers and legislators are aware of changes that may need to be incorporated into future legislation.
